...worship is more than what happens Sunday morning in a church building...it is our lives offered to God making our very life an offering of worship, inviting his presence in every area of our lives.

Bidwell Presbyterian Church offers three service formats:
Traditional (8:30 a.m.), Contemporary (9:45 & 11:11 a.m.), and Alternative Worship (5:45 p.m.).

How to Get Involved!

Music Arts
We offer oppportunities for traditional, contemporary, or alternative wiorship styles.  Our teams consist of Chancel Choir, Handbells, Praise Band musicians and Vocalists (contemporary or alternative), Gospel Choir, and more.

Audio, Visual and Lighting
We offer opportunities to provide sound, visual images, and lighting for worship and arts events to create ambiance and dramatic effects to support the message of Christ in worship.  We have many trained AVL volunteers and welcome more!  We'd be happy to train you on our sound or video projection system and can use your talents for various Sunday worship services.

Ushers
First impressions count! This is one of the most important teams in Worship and Arts – the first to meet our guests. A friendly handshake, a warm smile and the desire to help everyone feel welcome is all it takes to join the team. Ushers are continuosly being recruited to serve on a regular basis (one service, one Sunday a month) or as substitutes.

Visual Arts
We are developing ways to use sculpture, paintings, photography and more through worship services and to be displayed throughout the facility.

Dramatic Arts
We seek talented directors, actors, actresses, production/stage crews, and more for seasonal (Christmas/Easter) dramas as well as short vignettes to support sermon themes.

Dance Arts
We seek choreographers to develop teams, using their gifts and talents by enhancing worship through the art of dance, bringing glory to God, leaving a life-changing impression on the heart.
