Get involved
Music Arts
- All the earth belongs to God and all music and arts ought to be used in worship to His name. We offer traditional and contemporary services.
- Our teams consist of a Praise Band, Vocalists, Gospel Choir, Chancel Choir, Five Forty Five Band, Handbells, and more.
Audio
- Providing good sound for worship and arts events at Bidwell. We have many trained audio volunteers and welcome more! We'd be happy to train you on the sound system and can use your talents for various Sunday worship Services. Please contact Kathy Watje at kwatje@bidwellpres.org or 343-1484.
- Grow and Connect: Outdoor events, satellite facility.
Video
- Using all visual images in worship to glorify God. We have many trained volunteers and welcome more. We'd be happy to train you on Media Shout software and can use your talents for various Sunday worship Services. Please contact Kathy Watje at kwatje@bidwellpres.org or 343-1484.
- Grow and Connect: Future video recording team for services and creative original film making, vignettes, on the street interviews, testimonies, and more.
Lighting
- Our new lighting console has great capabilities to create ambiance and dramatic effect to support the message of Christ in worship. Training provided. No experience necessary.
Greeters and Ushers
First impressions count! This is one of the most important teams in Worship and Arts – the first to meet our guests. A friendly handshake, a warm smile and the desire to help everyone feel welcome is all it takes to join the team. Ushers are being recruited to serve on a regular basis or as substitues. Visual Arts
- Lifting up the name of Christ through Fine Arts.
- Grow and Connect: Using sculpture, paintings, photography and more through worship services and the Art Gallery to be displayed in Westminster Fellowship Hall, elevator lobby, corridors, etc. Explore and develop creative arts for community events.
Dramatic Arts
Grow and Connect: Seeking talented directors, actors, actresses, production/stage crews, and more for seasonal (Christmas/Easter) dramas as well as short vignettes to support sermon themes.
Dance Arts
Grow and Connect: Seeking choreographers to develop teams, using their gifts and talents by enhancing worship through the art of dance, bringing glory to God, leaving a life-changing impression on the heart.
