How to Be a Driver For A Youth Event
If you are considering being a driver for a Youth Ministry Event you will need to:
1. Provide us with a copy of your current valid California Driver’s License.
2. Provide us with a copy of your current auto liability insurance card. Liability limits preferred are $500,000/$500,000.
3. Provide us with your current driving record. You may obtain this report through the DMV office.
4. Provide us with an Authorization to Release Personal Information form. It is BPC policy that all drivers have a background check on file.
If you would like to be a youth ministry event driver please complete this:
BPC YOUTH EVENT DRIVER PACKET and return it to the church office with the required information listed above. If you have questions please contact the church office at 530-343-1484.
