Jr High Underground
On Sunday, Sep. 5 only, please meet for Underground on the church patio. We will not be going to The Ballroom on this day, but will attend worship in the sanctuary, as a group, to be part of Youth Sunday!
Underground for Jr. High students is a weekly program every Sunday morning, held at the Ballroom, 242 Broadway (door next to Starbucks on Broadway). Students engage in worship as well as small groups. NOTE: As of May 30, 2010, students will meet at the Ballroom for Underground. There will be leaders at the front door at street level to welcome them. For those parents not comfortable with dropping off, through the summer a leader will be at the Underground table on the church patio, and will walk with students to the Ballroom at 11:20. At 12:15pm students and leaders walk back to church together.
The Underground D-Groups - Wednesdays
The Underground Discipleship Groups (D-Groups) meets Wednesday evenings, generally in conjunction with the WOW term, unless otherwise notified. The fall 2010 D-Group schedule is: Sept. 1-Sept. 29, and Oct. 20-Nov. 17. D-Groups meet from 6:30-8:00 pm, in room 205 at the church. Join us!
NEW! HELP SUPPORT YOUTH MINISTRY - OUR "NEEDS LIST"
Thank you for taking an interest in ways you can contribute to the youth ministry at Bidwell Presbyterian Church. Our ministry is a direct result of the support and prayers from the larger church body. Our Needs List will change throughout the year with new events and when we receive donations, so please check back often to see if you can help.
We appreciate used items, new items, or gifted donations so we can purchase the item ourselves. You will receive a receipt, which you can use for tax purposes.
So please take a look and see if you can help! All donations can be dropped off or mailed to: BPC, 208 W. First Street, Chico, CA 95928. Or you can leave them at the church office for Brian Solecki or Julie Jessen. If you have questions, please contact Brian at 343-1484.
Items we don't get donated will be purchased using Youth Ministry budget funds. The more donations we get, the cheaper (and potentially free of charge) we can make events to reach the students of Chico!
