Sprouts (infant to 3 years)
Welcome to the Kidwell Park nursery! We hope you and your child will join us for a Sunday service to see for yourself what we are about.
We love our littlest Kidwell Park friends and are thrilled to care for them as you enjoy the service! Our Nursery space is divided into two areas. The first is for infants and non walkers and the second for our busy friends up to age 3. We are proud to employ responsible paid childcare staff who love children.
Even at this age, we believe that children can begin to understand basic foundational
bible stories and concepts. We are excited to share the "First Look" curriculum with our two year old group. Click Here for an introductory video on "First Look" and to see the current month's theme videos.
Parents are encouraged to sign up for our monthly "Small Talk" email newsletter which incorporates the weekly bible stories and themes into activities to fit your current schedule including play time, car time, bath time, and bed time. When you bring your child to our Nursery, a member of the childcare staff will greet you and apply an adhesive nametag to your child's clothing. You will be given a family number which matches the nametag. We will label and store any items your child may need* during their time at Kidwell Park. Once this is done, your child will be held or engaged in play to ease transition time. As you know, it is normal for little ones to cry when leaving a parent. This will not last long and separation becomes easier over time. Our caring staff will immediately try to soothe your child while assuring them that you will return soon. If your child cries for an extended period of 10 minutes, we will page you in the sanctuary with your family number. Our toddlers have a special area for age appropriate activities, story time, song time & snacks. We provide a simple snack of Cheerios. Please inform our staff if your child has an allergy.
*When packing a diaper bag for your child, please include the following:
1. Two or Three disposable diapers
2. Pacifiers or other item should your child need it for security / comfort
3. Change of clothes
4. A bottle of milk, formula, juice or water
Please label all personal items prior to arriving at Kidwell Park
Nursery care is provided in Room 206 for all service times.

Baby Blanket Ministry
We treasure babies! We would like to welcome the new little ones by giving them a handmade baby blanket. For those who are expecting soon, or just welcomed the arrival of their baby, you may contact our church office at 343-1484 to receive a blanket, or visit our church nursery to sign up. Once your baby is here, we will schedule a small luncheon for you and the baby to attend, so that this group of ladies who lovingly made the blanket for you will have the opportunity to meet you and present you with the blanket.
