Volunteering in our Classes
Looking for ways to get more involved with Adult classes at BPC? We have several opportunities for you to consider:
CLASSROOM SETUP
We are looking to build a few volunteer logistics teams to help with W.O.W. Classroom setup. We would like to have teams of two on a rotating basis that will arrive on Wednesday afternoon to set out materials, name tags, etc., for each W.O.W. classroom. This should only take about an hour to do, and is only needed during the W.O.W. terms.
THE WOW INFO TABLE
We need volunteer teams of two on a rotating basis during W.O.W. terms to facilitate the W.O.W. Info table on Wednesday evenings during W.O.W. from 5:15-6:30 p.m.
GREETERS
We are looking for volunteer teams who would like to be greeters and help direct our guests to their classrooms on Wednesday evenings during the W.O.W. term from 6:15-6:40p.m. on a rotating basis.
SIGN UPS
We are also looking for volunteer teams of two who will help us facilitate the W.O.W. Sign up table on various Sundays prior to the W.O.W. terms. We need to fill slots following each morning worship service to help with registrations, selling/distributing class materials when applicable, and overall answer questions about our Adult Discipleship classes.
CLASSROOM ASSISTANTS
We are looking for classroom assistants for our facilitators to help participants as they arrive in the classrooms with finding their nametags, materials, and just being available in the event the facilitator has a need (ie finding the custodian as more chairs are needed in classroom, handouts, etc.)
