We have a new site this year that we are excited about - Rollins Lake which is about 15 minutes above Grass Valley.
Here is What You Need To Do!
IF you have an RV, call Orchard Springs and reserve a spot. Ask for RV site close to or in the same areas of our Tent Sites which are #201 - #208.

What We Like About Rollins Lake
- The campsites are really pretty, and you can drive right up to them.
- Boats! We can bring boats to the lake.
- RVers and tents can be right next to each other
- The "Meadow" (group area), pictured here, has grass rather than dirt.
- It's a little closer to Chico
- There are new trails to explore, different things to do.
- There's a stage with power, so we could do skits and karaoke
- I asked about bears. They don't see bears in the summer due to elevation (that's what they said!)
- They have cabins...I think 5 of them, but they're just beds (no bathroom or kitchen)
- They do have boats and kayaks to rent

A: Orchard Springs Resort has 7 miles of shoreline, is 1 mile wide, 2 miles long and 80 to 100 feet deep at it's deepest point at maximum capacity.

A: Yes, we have hot water showers available.
Q: Do you have flush toilets?
A: Yes, we do have flush toilets in multiple areas of the resort. Our restrooms are handicap accessible.
Q: Can I bring an RV?
A: Yes, we have multiple RV sites available.
Q: Do you have RV Hookups?
A: Yes, RV hookups are available in some sites.
Q: How far are you from Grass Valley, California?
A: We are located approximately 15 miles from Downtown Grass Valley.
Q: Are you open year round?
A: Yes, we are open 365 days a year.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: There is a 14 day cancellation notice required.
Q: Do you have a playground?
A: Not at this time.
Q: What is available with each campsite?
A: Each site has a fire ring, and a picnic table.
Q: Do you sell fishing licenses or rent fishing rods?
A: No, we do not sell fishing licenses or rent or sell fishing rods at this time.
Q: Do you have dumping and filling facilities for RVs?
A: Yes, we offer both dumping and filling stations for RVs at a cost of $10.00 per stay.
Q: Do you have bear lockers?
A: No, we do not have bear lockers at this time. Please store all food items in your vehicle when not in use.
Q: Are personal watercraft allowed?
A: We do allow personal watercraft at Orchard Springs Resort, such as; Jet Skis, Wave Runners, ect. Boats are allowed.
Q: Do you sell firewood?
A: Yes, firewood is available at a cost of $6.00 per bundle.
