Prayer in the Making: Prayer Conference October 10 (7:00-9:30pm)-October 11 (9:00am-4:00pm), 2008.
Bidwell Presbyterian Church is hosting this conference on growing in prayer, to be led by Rev. Dan Prout of Sierra Ministries International. This conference will present practical guides for personal prayer, and include small group activity. We will look at the prayer life of Jesus to gain insight on intimate fellowship with God, to consider how to pray passages from the Bible to enrich our prayers, and to learn meaningful intercession. Conference fees are $45 per person/$20 for youth or college students. This includes light refreshments and Saturday lunch. Registration will begin August 24th. PRAYER REQUESTS (PRAYER CORDON AND E-MAIL)
If you have a special prayer need or request that you want to be confidential, please call the church, 343-1484, or prayer deacon Connie Gaines, 893-2065 or email prayerrequests@bidwellpres.org. If you would like your request to be sent out via e-mail, send requests to prayerrequests@bidwellpres.org and be sure to state that you would like it to go out on the church email.. All prayer requests are considered important and are handled with urgency.
PRAYER AND PRAISE (WRITTEN REQUESTS)
You may use the back of the Attendance Card for writing any personal requests you have for prayer. These cards are collected every week, and the pastoral staff and prayer ministries team will pray for you. For information please call the church, 343-1484.
SUNDAY INTERCESSORY PRAYER
You are invited to join us on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. to pray for the worship services. We meet in the chapel behind the sanctuary.
WEDNESDAY PRAYER GROUP
We meet every Wednesday from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in Room 112 to pray for our pastors, the staff, teachers and volunteers. The prayer focus is the scriptures and sermon of the previous Sunday. You are welcome to join us. For more information call René Connell at 345-6820

PRAYER WITH MOM’S IN TOUCH
