Next Chapter
The Next Chapter capital campaign enables us to fulfill our new vision of growing deep, growing up and growing out. The goal for the Next Chapter is to raise 2.1 million dollars. We currently have pledges and gifts totaling 1 million dollars.
The funds raised allow us to:
- Free up dollars to go directly to ministry, not pay interest on debt.
- Completely fund a Habitat for Humanity House in Chico.
- Renovate the courtyard – our most visible ministry space – signaling to the community that our doors are open, we welcome visitors, and we care about our church and our neighborhood.
- Provide seed money for our new ministry position which will enable Jim Coons to move into a new role as Pastor of Connecting, Equipping and Group Life.
