The location of our beautiful, historic building in downtown Chico is a unique backdrop for any special event. We offer catering services, large banquet rooms, meeting rooms, and AV/sound systems, as well as an event cooridnator to assist you with your plans.
To reserve the facility for a special event (other than a wedding or memorial), we ask that you complete the online Facility Request Form after reading our 2017 FACILITY POLICY and FACILITY RATES. We try to accommodate as many non-profit group and special events throughout the year that fit within our worship and program calendar.
Non-BPC groups must be not for profit in order to use the facility.
The facility is not available for use Wednesdays and Sunday mornings in addition to holidays observed by the church. New Year’s Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day President’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Day
The facility is also not available for use on: New Year’s Eve Day after New Year’s Day (if New Year’s falls on a weekend) Good Friday Weeks of Vacation Bible School (typically in June) Day after Thanksgiving Entire Month of December

Our Hospitality Ministry is a talented and creative team that does a wonderful job of ensuring that your time together is spent over food that is absolutely delicious! Having catered to a myriad of functions our team has a good understanding of what menu is suitable for every kind of function and event. And with a growing understanding of eating your way to health we cover a variety of the food allergy and intolerance issues in our catering menus. Basically, we love food! Good food to us means quality ingredients prepared with skill and care to a well thought out menu, then finished off with top-notch service.
